"Best tree change location in the state"
Best location in Ballan. Frontage to Golf course, river and parkland and only one block from all the amentities of the Main street including primary schools.
Ballan prices are very low considering the realitive short commute to Melbourne. (55 mins freeway and fast train) Ballan is only 25 mins to Dalesford and Ballarat.
