It depends on what your budget it and what you are looking for. The popular sector of the market can be hard at certain times of the year. Properties being listed on the short rental market are having an impact on most large regional property markets, so that does come into play in Orange too. *Overseas & Sydney investors, they then take these homes off the rental market & then place them on short accomodation sites like stays & air bnb! This has created a rental market shortfall in orange!
