Ormeau is quite a big suburb, so can't comment on the entire area. We have lived in Norfolk village for around 8 years and it is very family oriented. You do see teenagers every now and then and they seem to be from good families and are all well behaved. We have two young kids ourselves and are comfortable bringing them up here.
