What is Norfolk Village like for house prices, growth etc?

I have lived in Ormeau/Pimpama before but am looking at purchasing a home there. Are there bad streets? Some of the houses seem to have depreciated in value (compared to what people paid four years ago). Also would houses around there rent easily and is Norfolk Primary school any good? thanks!

Norfolk Village is a very popular location In Ormeau. The homes are a little older than Jacob's Ridge but block size's are better, they range from 600-2000m2, average around the 700-800m2 range.
Most of the market has come backwards in the last 3/4 years, Norfolk Village hasnt been any worse than any other part of the market, and due to the lack of good blocks going forward, I believe Norfolk will increase in value at a better rate than most other spots.
All reports about the Norfolk Primary School have been excellent.
The rental demand in Norfolk Village is really good, our office has never had an issue renting a property in Norfolk due the strong demand.

Norfolk Village - Good location, a little older than Jacobs Ridge but well established and nice homes many on larger blocks. Handy for shops and easy access to motorway. Holding prices quite well.
