"An easy stroll to everything"
A few years back I re-developed some land in this street and it was quickly snapped up by a discerning couple planning towards their retirement. The street has transformed in recent years with a number of corner cut off's and the construction of courtyard style houses & villa's.The ability to easily walk to the hub of all Beach road shopping is not lost on retiree's and the like who either don't drive at all or simply prefer to have the option of walking to everything.The residents are friendly and in the main garden proud. There is still the odd 'shacky'type of dwelling nearby but overall the street scape is quite good.With the primary school so close as well it is ideal for both the young and the young at heart!
