"Only people who are selling rate palmerston place high,unneighbourly & unsafe."
Only people who want to sell rate it high so they can leave.Unneighbourly people live there,high traffic escaping from the spit bridge use it as a rat run highly dangerous traffic at all hours at high speeds with cyclists at 4/5 am on sat & sun mornings in groups of 20 talking very loudly making it impossible to sleep.Spit Bridge makes it impossible to get to the city.

Crap people live there very unneighbourly,high traffic coming from spit bridge using it as a shortcut/rat run at all hours,cyclists ingroups of 20 at 4/5am on sat & sun mornings talking so loud impossible to sleep.Spit bridge high traffic impossible to get to the city. The only people who rate palmerston place high are the ones who want to sell, they just want to leave.

Everyone taking a short cut off the Spit Bridge goes thru Palmerston place making Palmerston Place A MAIN ROAD with dangerous traffic at all hours and the hoons at all hours that use it as a racetrack.
Palmerston Place is the worst street in Seaforth it's noisy and dangerous and unsafe and unclean.
Everyone knows the amount of traffic and bad reputation the Spit Bridge has, well that traffic goes thru Palmerston Place.
Edgecliff Esplanade is the best street in Seaforth.

"Perfect palmer"
Some unreal homes here great for a variety of people to couples to retirees. I have many fond and happy memories growing up around this area.
