"LOCKED GATE ESTATE"
When you drive to the end of Phoenix Parade you come to a set of security gates, unless you live in the estate you will not gain entry. If you are lucky enough to live in the estate then you have access to the large lap pool, gym and large common room with bar and kitchen that you have the use of should you wish to hold a function. The Willows golf club is a short hit away. If you own a rental property in the estate then you should be receiving top rent for your home. Homes will appreciate in value well here so if you have the opportunity to buy then go for it. Short walk to the Cowboys stadium. Very nice end of Kirwan.
