Portland, VIC 3305 is located within the Glenelg local government area, part of the Western District Region in Victoria.
I am wondering about retiring in Portland Victoria. I am concerned about the state of todays society with so many people hitting Ice and increase in crime. How bad or how good is Portland? I read that Portland is kind of similar to Hamilton if not even worse? Input from a local would be great. What part of Portland should I purchase a House?
