Princes St, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207

Princess Street in Port Melbourne is a street of two faces. On one hand you have the side closer to the city on the opposite side of Graham Street, which looks a bit run down. It clearly is in need of some renovation, especially the rundown townhouses. I think there are some savvy property developers already looking at this area because on the other side of Graham Street, redevelopment has already taken place!

There are some amazing apartments as you move closer to the beach, especially the ones right on Waterfront Place. The location is fantastic, being so close to the beach and Waterfront Place.

Overall, depending on which end of Princess Street you are on will make a huge difference. Definitely aim for the beach side, because that's a fantastic place to be.

Princes Street is a little bit of thoroughfare road on the beach side of Port Melbourne, as people often turn before the on ramp to Graham Street. Mostly brick houses and quite a nice friendly street.

As you get closer to the Beach however, it gets extremely beautiful, very friendly as well. Often you can see the Spirit of Tasmania docked, and the closeness to amenities is second to none. The London hotel is a usual drinking hole, as it the Pier nearby. There are a few run down properties that would be a great grab for any property developer, see keep an eye out in the coming years!
