"Views for miles !!!!"
This property is the highest land on Promenade Ave with the best view of all the houses. The street is predominantly owner occupied, very friendly and inviting and creates a sense of safety and community. Access from Promenade Ave is close to all main roads leading to Wyong, to Toukley, to Gosford. Its only 15 minutes to the freeway and very close to various beaches - you can hear the waves from the balcony at night, shops, clubs and entertainment centres.
