"Convenience Central"

Prospect is a suburb located just 5 minutes from Launceston. Home to many parks and family friendly spots, this suburb has everything you could need from groceries to cafes and food retailers. With both character homes and also new builds and subdivisions, this location is a homeowner/investor/renter's dream!

"A Family Favourite"

Prospect consists of a variety of schools and facilities to suit everyone’s needs, Shopping is trouble-free at the nearby Marketplace with all needs conveniently under one roof. It offers easy access to public transport and is approximately 10 minutes’ drive from Launceston City. I spend a few years living in Prospect and I loved the fact that it was elevated and always felt warm & light. There are loads of parks and walking tracks and most of it is flat so it is great for families who like to get out for a stroll and take in the surrounds.
Prospect is a great area to invest for this reason. As a local Property Manager, we always experience strong demands for rental properties in Prospect.

"Everything you could ever need"

Prospect has it all, schools, cafes, a wide range of businesses and multiple shopping complexes. Prospect has a lovely mix of new and old homes that all boast character and charm. Being a popular and busy suburb, Prospect manages to have the perfect balance between being a place where something is always happening without losing a sense of relaxation and calm.
