"High indian population"
Noise from diesel freight trains at night. Many units are overcrowded with 2 familys or 4-5 people living in 2 bedroom apartments. I have lived in the area for 20 years and now it has become a mess. People seem to dump rubbish on the streets and the local indian population seem to be up all night.
