"3rd Most Expensive Street of W.A."
Visitors of Riverside Drive, Mosman Park would believe they are driving through an exclusive rivefront location of Sydney. Every home on the street - not that it is a street (more of a one way laneway!!) - is without a front verge, but this is made up for at the back of each property. A few of the homes have a private jetty, and all enjoy a fabulous panorama of Blackwall Reach. In conclusion, it's not my favourite location, but I still like the 'Sydney exclusivity'!
