Reviews of Wellington Street, Mosman Park
"Used to live in the unit at 10 Wellington Street with amazing views if thw ocean. Great memories and sunsets. I had to leave to work abroad. Place is superbly located just minutes from the beach and a minute the public transport and rail. Plenty of great walks from river to ocean. Always felt save."

Looking for a home in Wellington Street?
"horrible crime area"
my motorbike was stolen from here. i visited a friend on fairlight street and had it hidden out of sight. but they came and took it while we were there.
another person on the same street had their scooter stolen
i have so many friends living in mosman park who are or have moved because of the unbelievable high crime
i have cancer and my bike was my good thing after going through so much
and they just took it away
don't buy here
seriously overpriced and a crime rate higher than armadale
and very scary !
"River End - Panoramic Dreams!!!"
The river end of Wellington Street, Mosman Park (formerly home to Rose Porteous and her famous property - Prix D'Amour) is unrivalled when it comes to river views in the Western Suburbs. In fact, it would possibly be one of the most expensive streets in WA if it weren't for the inexpensive (vast) portion of the street. The reason for Wellington Street's fantastic views is because it sits on a cliff (even higher up than WA's 'most expensive' street: Saunders Street, Mosman Park. Across the road from most of the river end proprties on Wellington is a golf course and for the even more privelged (owners of former Prix D'Amour blocks), a peaceful, well kept park sits at their doorstep and due to it containing few trees, allows maximisation of ocean and suburb views from the blocks. I storngly recommend this street for ALL who can afford to enjoy it...

"Wellington St"
Wellington St runs across the suburb of Mosman Park, from east to west. the western end is on the busy Stirling Highway, but close to Victoria St train station. From here with the large blocks of community housing it runs east crossing the suburb before climbing up the hill to a great group of convenient shops and restaurants. It continues on to large houses and views of the Swan River.

Is that a golf course at the end of the street? Must have some stunning views. Any photos?
Hi squinto!
From the looks of the map, you live in amazing part of Australia. Very beautiful. Much surfing on those beaches?

All expensive suburbs have high crime rates - put simply, there's more to steal!
