"From Power St to Hawthorn Train Station through Roche Street - you shall not miss the Train"
Much like Nearby Railway Place and Rosney Street - Roche has one end towards Hawthorn Train station and other on Busy Power street.
Larger Land allocation with deeper set-backs in this area. Concentration of multi dwelling developments
Gentle slope of the landscape. Mainly residential in use. good access to public transport, shops are available at some distance however services are beyond walking distance
The Street is a busy & noisy and it has high concentration of multi dwelling developments which have deeper setbacks
It also has few very old houses some aging back to 1930’s. There is moderate vegetation
