Which good schools do you recommend in the rockingham/port Kennedy area?
Rockingham, WA 6168 is located within the Rockingham local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.

I pulled my son out of Peter Carnley after a disastrous kindy year ( 2011). (Focus was on academics and none on wellbeing, a bullying culture) We moved to south coast Baptist and havent looked back. They really focus on the childrens wellbeing and the kids are so well socialised. We have three kids at the school and it wins hands down. The religion can be a bit full on but it is worth it for the fact that the classes are smaller the staff are dedicated and the education is great. All three kids are very happy there and thriving. They had two year 12's make it into medicine in 2015 which is no mean feat for such a small school. All the public high schools in the rockingham area are pretty rough so if you want a free education I wouldnt recommend any of them. Rockingham is a fantastic place to live but the government schools are not good. On the good side the private schools here generally are of a high standard and arent any where near as expensive as Perth.
