"Its ok"
I am sure the bay end of Rosa street is nice, however the Hurstville road end is very noisy. The residence in which i lived, we had a very annoying and nosey neighbour - the complex was poorly maintained and the street itself was exceptionally busy all the time. Oatley does have good parks for kids, but i wouldn't rate it high on my list for nice places to live.
