"OMG its possible - you could have a train and trams parked in your backward"
Living in rosney street is much like have public transport in your backward waiting for you every few minutes for a journey. it is Similar to Railway place in terms of connectivity it connects Hawthorn railway station and Evansdale road.
Area is built up and has formal residential development. Houses in area are predominantly Victorian style and mostly timber in construction. There is concentration of large multi dwelling blocks south of Morang place i.e. centre of Morang road and Evansdale road. Area has moderate slope and land is primarily use for residential purposes. Public transport is undoubtedly good choice. Shops are available close by on burwood road.
