"Nice quiet street, with friendly neighbours"
I have lived in the street for 6 years. During that time that street has developed into a great place to live. The people are friendly, and the majority have young children, so the atmosphere is good. I would recommend this street to couples or young families. The only draw back, is the lack of shops etc. in walking distance. But as with most WA suburbs you have to drive to most facilities.
