Is moving to the island the right thing?
Russell Island, QLD 4184 is located within the Redland local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
We are thinking about moving to the island. I have my own business and would build my salon into my house on the island, are there many great hairdressers on the island? Also much work for builders?

Can always do with more builders, particularly creative ones. Hairdressing is a bit hit and miss on Russell. If you can spell marketing, have some skill, have a great customer service ethic, have pleasant premises, reasonable prices, then I reckon you will nail it. Remember, people here are pretty price sensitive. That is very different to stingy, they want value for their money. Could not agree more with BradF, the time is now, stop procrastinating. FD
