There is minimal flooding anywhere on Russell bar a few very low lying blocks. The larger part of the island is much higher above sea level than most waterside communities in SEQ. The highest part of the island is Highland street which is around 30m above seal level. All of the northernend, around town, is pretty good and handy to everything. FD
