Moving to Seymour with a 4 year old

Seymour, VIC 3660 is located within the Mitchell local government area, part of the Goulburn Region in Victoria.

Im an immigrant and lived in adelaide for 6 years and now moving to on or near Seymour. Can anyone tell me (who actually lives there) which areas are good to live. My main concern is drugs/ drug addicts and whether is peaceful to live there. I understand that there's hardly any immigrants living in seymour, but that is of least concern if area is peacefull
