I would not be wrong to say that shakespeare grove is much like coppin grove on other side.
There are grand houses with large exotic front gardens. It has steep slopes because of hill formation.
Dominant use is residential. It is close to state college of Victoria.
Traffic is limited due to the topography of the area.
Size of houses range around 700-800 sq meters.
You can have spectacular views from the central hills in all direction which is also shared by Shakespeare Grove and Yarra street
Pre dominant trees in this area among other are prunus, Lilly pilly, plane, Ash, etc
Numerous Victorian mansions that preserve the originality
An even mix of slate and terracotta roofing’s exist
An area of dense vegetation
