"Pleasantville in Albert Park"
Smith St in Albert Park is a cosy little area consisting of mostly brick and weatherboard houses. You get a very secluded feel from this street, almost like the movie Pleasantville :) The condition of the road could be better, but overall some nice opportunities to here to live or to invest (and develop some of the run down houses.)
