"Family Friendly and Close to Schools"

Sorell Street is a street with many families - and there is not a high turn over of residents. There are many who have lived in this street for over 50 years! It's a mix of 1950's weatherboard homes to some early 70's red brick. An affordable and good area to live. It's really close to Nixon Street Primary School, St Brendan Shaw College and Devonport High School. The street is primarily flat, but the homes on the block on the northern most end are steep and enjoy views of the ocean. It's a good area to raise a family without costing a fortune. There is good access to public transport and the bus stops are not too far away.
