"The Rolls Royce End of Town"
Facing the Mersey River, Victoria Parade is the elite property location in Devonport. There are some grand residences that line the street and property on Victoria Parade is very much in demand. The public open areas across the road are a lovely outlook and most homes look out to the river. It is a busy stretch of road, but generally only standard vehicles and not really trucks etc. You can watch the Spirit of Tasmania sail through the river mouth each day. It is very close to the business district of Devonport and easy walking distance. Buses service the area for public transport.
