"St Pauls St - House property"
We rented out a property in this street and had the tenants stay here for 5 years.
Parking is hard but as we had a car port and you can park in front of driveway (STCA), we had long term tenants and a great property to manage.
As the property is close to "The Spot" and all the beneftis that has to offer, is one way and close to the main streets and getting in and out of the city, it truly is a great 'spot' to call home.
