"A Quiet and Very Conveniently Located Street"
If you don't mind a snort walk. everything is accessible from this street; Coogee Beach and shops, the shops and cinema at The Spot, Randwick shops, Prince of Wales Hospital and UNSW. 10-15 minutes by car or bus will get you to Randwick Racecourse, Centennial Park, The SCG and other sports stadiums, and to Sydney Girls and Sydney Boys High Schools. The neighbours are all very relaxed and friendly...I lived here for a year and found it great. Hardly went into the City because everything was so convenient....and to get to the City, or Bondi Junction, if you really want to do some serious shopping, is only 20 minutes by bus.

- Close to primary and secondary schools and UNSW
- Walking distance to Coogee Beach, UNSW, P of W Hospital
- Walk to restaurants and Ritz cinema @ The Spot
Not great for
- Cul-de-sac, so very quiet, except for some plane noise occassionally
