Bickley, WA 6076

Bickley used to be great with a real vibe to it, but its best days are in the past. Boarded up shops, and the coffe strip, which used to be the place to be seen, is dying. End of an era - sad.

Bickley is great spot.

Paris is obviously #1, but Bickley is #2. Someone wrote a comment that Yorkshire is better but this clearly cannot be true since it is not in Paris.
But seriously, Where else can you drive a car (that the Department of Transport doesn't know about) to a roadside fruit stall (that the tax office doesn't know about), to buy a homemade toffee apple (that both the food safety people and your dentist don't know about), and then go back home to the gf (that your wife doesn't know about)?

Bickley is brilliant. Wouldn't live anywhere else (except Yorkshire obviously)

Great hospitals for all the sickly
And clubs to get drunk
When you're in a blue funk
But the parking can get a bit prickly

Friendly locals, great scenery, fantastic cafes and restaurants, funky shops, buzzing nightlife, the state's biggest gravel pits. This is what heaven is made of!

This area is beautiful with abundant wildlife. The area is totally covered in bushland.
Sadly there are a few too many chook farmers in the area which detracts the value somewhat.
But the views of the valley are gorgeous.
