Reviews of Falcon, WA
"Little gem!"
Such a nice suburb with loads of places to eat out, endless water activities being bordered by ocean and estuary, a great community market down the road at Dawesville foreshore and protected bays at Avalon and Falcon Bay lets you make the most of summer days.

"Dreamy lifestyle"
Just moved to Falcon and the lifestyle is incredible, peaceful, friendly community, close to everything and right near the beach. There are many places to surf (or any water sport you desire), go fishing, crabbing, bbqs on the beach, it really doesn’t get much better.

"Tucked away amongst the trees ..."
Just off the Old Coast Rd lies Falcon with the beaches on one side of the Coast Rd and the Estuary on the opposite side of the Coast Rd.
The local shopping village has loads of stores including a Woolies, specialty shops, a local Pub and restaurants, takeaways, fuel station and medical centre and chemists.
Schools along the Old Coast Rd, and amongst the local flora and fauna are a small family of kangaroos that make an appearance on a regular basis.
Plenty of walking paths along the Estuary foreshore and during crab season, there's always the opportunity to catch a few legal sized ones and take a swim during the warm weather at any one of the local beaches or in the beautiful estuary..
Lots of locals enjoy cool afternoon walks for health or with their dogs and its a great way to get to know the neighbourhood..
