Reviews of Jindalee, WA
"End of the line suburb, anything closer to the Fremantle is a better choice"
Sure, 1.2m here would cost 3.6m in Cottesloe, and it's understandable. Jindalee will have you sitting on the freeway for 40min each way even midnight weekends to get to Perth, try any other time and you'll see just how far 40km is... surrounded by such charming suburbs as Butler, Jindalee will make you feel superior to them, till you realise that you're only comparing yourself to Perth's worst... Save you dollars, or go for a smaller house, and enjoy Perth within 10km from the centre, you'll save thousands on fuel and days a year in the car. The ocean is great, but not this far away, just ain't worth it. If it were, move to Lancelin. Eating out, your choice, McDonalds, KFC or Hungry Jacks, just like every out stretched over stressed suburb...

"Sea Change"
My wife and I spent two years looking for a suitable block for our family. Built in Jindalee and love the location. Quiet at night, pristine beaches which are not crowded. Shopping is improving with new developments opposite Jindee.
Kids are happy in local primary and our eldest loves Butler College. Our youngest one is in a Karate group at Merriwa (Shukokai Karate Alliance) , Sensai is brilliant!
Local cafe's have great coffee and beautiful views! Local dog beach within 5minute walking distance.
For a family originally from the bush, Jindalee is a beautiful move for us. Mitchell extension completed soon and rail transport is excellent! And our block isn't just all house!

"If you've got the money, spend it."
A nice upper class suburb right by the ocean. Very quiet, friendly residents and plenty of shops just around the corner. The only poblem is teenagers doing god knows what in the parks. A sign of things to come in the next 10 years.

If you have the money, spend it elsewhere... Cottesloe maybe!
