Reviews of Murdoch, WA

"A Phenomenal Experience"

An excellent suburb that consists a friendly neighbourhood community, extremely clean environment, and bare levels of crime.

Family has been living here for over 30 years and we have not countered any significant issues regarding to the state and condition of the suburb.

Murdoch is established at a very good and convenient location. It is closed to: the Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley hospital, numerous shopping centres, large numbers of food facilities, Caltex Gas Station, and nearby many different educational facilities.

Looking for a home in Murdoch?

"Every night you'll lie in bed and know it's second best to Winthrop"

If only you'd spent the extra 100k, you'd be on the right side of the suburb. Winthrop is just OK, and passes with a push for an OK suburb, and Murdoch is the poor cousin, hosting mostly uni students and people who've saved a few bucks. Move to Winthrop, then at night you'll know Ardross and Applecross are looking down on you... it never ends, till you reach the Golden Triangle of course. Save your pennies...

"Clean and well presented suburbs"

I study in the suburb of Murdoch and commute there via driving my car almost every day of the week. The suburb is nicely presented and very clean. Nice greenery and roads are well maintained. Feel safe driving to my destination and entering my campus. Lots of public transport options and times( bus/train) as there is a hospital and many study facilities in the area.

"Close to good schools, hospitals and with access to transport routes."

We have lived in Murdoch for over 18 years, having moved from Fremantle. The surburb has a very relaxed, multicultural & nature based ambience. People are at peace with each other. Yet the CBD is only 20 minutes away.
