Majority of the estates in Narre Warren North are 1/2 acre - 1 acre blocks. Surrounding suburbs of Narre Warren East and Harkaway are very much country style with limited development, so you can assured the country aspect of Narre Warren North will remain.

Only 30 minutes (on a good day) to the city via the Monash Freeway (45 - 1hr in peak, although the additional lanes on the Monash might reduce this).

5 minute drive to Berwick township, and Fountain Gate shopping centre also very close. Local IGA shopping centre recently opened (small supermarket, bakery, newsagent, post office - replaced the general store!). New park is being built next to it. Also high park - Krull Park on Robinsons Road with views to the city.

Huge new Pet hospital also on the corner of Heatherton & Narre North Road with good facilities (WoofPurrNey). Petrol station directly opposite is 24 hours.
