"One of the best!"
Apart from forrestfield...best place ever!! Such a different atmosphere from everywhere else. When I first visited roleystone I was driving around in the car and I just saw some people, some others helping a cat out of a tree (I've only seen it in the movies! Lol) and dog walkers chatting and I instantly got this amazing homely, warm feeling! Roleystone is great, large properties, large blocks..excellent school!! And a wonderful community centre with lots of different courses such as yoga, art, pottery etc. a child care, local shopping centre. So nice and rural I love it!! An abundance of wildlife and nature! No crime at all..none! Definitely recommend it to anyone!

no traffic noise, upper end of street is close enough to walk to clubhouse facilities, bars & restauraunt.
5 mins to Roleystone super IGA & school. 10 mins to train station, 35 mins to city by car.
The underground power is a nice touch & the water straight out of the tap is the best in Perth.
Fantastic, serene place to live but still practical to main services - crime & hoon behaviour is also very rare to nonexistant.
