Reviews of Yokine, WA
"Professionals The Kelly Team - Yokine Real Estate Agents and Property Management"
Fergus Kelly is by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I have a property in Perth and live in Melbourne and found them in the yellow pages. Fergus has gone above and beyond believable to make a sale for my property. The locks were broken and he had them fixed, squatters moved in and he had them removed, the grass was overgrown and he had it mowed, we needed to demolish and he found a great cheap company to assist, we had a sewage issue and asbestos issues and nothing was too much trouble. If you want a REAL real estate family business then you can't go past the "Kelly Tean".
"Great suburb with everything we need"
Great suburb, one of the nicest suburbs I've lived in Perth. Best Yokine reserve.

"Great suburb"
Yokine is a really safe, peaceful and convenient suburb. Being only 7km to city it takes very short time to get into city either by driving or public transport (which is great in Perth standard). The streets are very clean and neat, a mix of renters and home owners and everyone is friendly. Areas near the golf club is perhaps the best part of Yokine and it is a really nice walk around that area, with nice city view.

Great place to live if young with no kids, can be noisy hearing ambulance police go down wanneroo road.
Small blocks pretty much townhouse and units. Close to city and nightspots. Lots of renters. Traffic can be busy down flinders.

"I love Yokine"
I love living in Yokine, its quiet, friendly and feels very safe. The big reserve is well maintained and is big enough to have space to yourself to walk, lie under a tree, play with kids ... picnic whatever... I have only lived here 6 months but its probably the best suburb i have lived in ever in my 20 years of both owning my home and renting!

"A great place close to everything"
Fantastic place for both families and couples great transport links to the city easy access to nightlife in Mt Hawthorn and Mt lawley with cheap taxis home.
Parks are fabulous, great neighbours and friendly community, shops close by everything you need in a suburb and still only 15mins from the beach.

"Close to the City and nice and quiet."
Nice quiet suburb 10 to 15 minutes to Perth (realistic). A safe neighbourhood with plenty of parks including the monsterous Yokine reserve. All shopping needs are accounted for. Nothing more to say safe, friendly neighbours, lots of parks, close to Perth and close to shops. Its started to take off already, with price increase and with development of old blocks.

"The Park"
With one of Perth's best parks, a great golf course and the Terry Tyzack Pools and Fitness centre this is a great suburb for couples and young families who like to stay active. Close to the nightlife and shopping of Mt Lawley and Highgate, this is a great all rounder suburb.
