"Proximity to everything for family needs!"
No matter what you need for yourself or your family, the Sunset street has it all;
- quite street, valley view, best neighbors, full of sunlight
- 3 minutes walking to one of finest park in central coast (Alan Davidson), lots of space for football, crickets, playgrounds, bush trail
- less than 5 min walking distance to great Valley View Public, school bus to other high schools
- less than 10 min walking distance to Narara train station or 3~5min drive to Gosford station
- 3 minuts walking to Coles, other shopping center, 15 minutes to Erina or Tuggerah westfiled
- 10 minutes to Pacific highway, 25min to Hornsby
- Gosford hospitals , new facility, new medical school, NSW government, ATO building so many job opportunities!!!
