Best Brisbane suburb..?

Sunshine Coast Region is located in the state of Queensland.

Trying to find a costal suburb to live with our two young children so must have excellent schools & a safe friendly community.
Husband is a 1st class welder in the uk working on power stations/oil rigs etc so needs to be around work for him too.
