Moving from WA

Hi! We are a family of 3, soon to be 4 looking at moving to the sunshine coast in March next year. My partners work will be based put of mooloolaba. Advice on safe, quiet and not ridiculously expensive suburbs not to far from there would be amazing! Thanks in advance
