Hello, we are looking for the best suburb to move to from sydney to qld.

We are a young family and want a property on a large piece of land, but not too far of a drive to a major town and beach. Looking around $500,000 mark. We love being outdoors so somewhere near a national park would be nice, just not sure where to look. Have looked at sunshine coast hinterland and small towns like cooran and pomona. Need help!
