Looking for land Sunshine Coast

Looking for some suggestion of suburbs for land but still close to beach (no more than 25mins drive). Moving from nsw and want to build our dream home. Looking for a nice little community, also private school for the kids. Any suggestions on suburbs would be great! Going to be flying up to look around in the coming weeks... thanks!!
