Where are the best fishing spots without a boat?

It depends on what you want to catch. I do a lot of fishing with soft plastics and have had good success along the Maroochy river near the old jettys. Plenty of good flathead and the occasional school jewfish. Under the bridges in this area have been fishing well for Barramundi as well. As always, there are plenty of brim and whiting about nearly anywhere you can through a line.
