How safe is Tarneit Gardens Estate to buy a house and live in??

Tarneit is a good area to move into with plenty of opportunities as well as infrastructure being invested in the area. It is a great area for family that are starting out and are working professionals. Amenities are also plentiful, including schools, medical clinics and convenience shops.
Investment wise, Tarneit is a good choice for properties as the area is seen a developing suburb.
