OBrien Real Estate Cranbourne
"A seaside village with great community spirit. Boat ramp, Sports club, Great eating facilities, all walking distance. Tooradin is only 11 kilometres from Cranbourne and 40 minutes drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre."
Tooradin has a "VLine" public bus service passing through regularly, every day. The boat ramp and foreshore facilities are extremely popular. A very modern "seaside" themed playground is a huge drawcard to families for togethers, including free BBQs and disable friendly toilet facilities. NBN supplied to Tooradin.

"Great town for Community Involvement and larger block sizes available"
Tooradin is a coastal village with boat access to Westernport bay for fishing. It has a small community feel and a very good Primary School and Secondary School at KooWeeRup accessible by a locally provided free bus service. A Kinder & Childcare centre in the town, Doctor, Dentist and Pharmacy. Children are safe and there are plenty of sporting groups to get involved in. Locals know & care about one another.
Great for
- Quiet Peaceful and Relaxed Living

- Great Sporting Clubs
Not great for

- LPG no Natural Gas

Tooradin is a very community minded place to live. I also had an operation last year and my neighbour noticed my car home all day for a couple of weeks and checked with my husband if everything was ok. She then let him know if we needed anything she was happy to lend a hand and sent her best wishes for my recovery.
