Heya Manhattan. You gave your street 5/5 for traffic .. but with the railways so near, do u find people are using tower street as a place to park for the Leederville Station? You also gave Peace and Quiet 4/5 - but can't you hear the trains nearby, which should be noisy?
Perth is lovely and it's great to live close to public transport! :)
