Adsl2+ Port availability !!!!

Just moved in to Truganina and tried to place an order with ISP's to get adsl2+ services. However, I came to know that port is not available and exchange is full. and guess what!!! my connection is on hold since last month. Does anyone know how long does it take to get a port?
