Hi Jeremy, to answer your question, there isn't really "The Best" in terms of suburbs. Truganina does offer value for FHO for both investment and occupier. Depending on which part of any suburbs you buy into, there will be good and bad parts. As for buying, as indicated it offers a lot of potential and affordable homes in the area.

Happy to assist in locating a property for you.

Jeremy Black Thanks Roberta. We are looking to buy a block of land in Mt Cottrell area there is a bit of activity around that area with lot of good size lots available in boutique Olivia estate and Mt Atkinson estate. Your feedback confirms that we might have a good look into securing something around that area.
Cheers

Roberta de la Torre Hi Jeremy, Olivia and Mt Atkinson Estates are great. Good location and close access to Melbourne CBD. Eynesbury has been on the radar for good developments. Good luck on your search and happy to assist in any way.
