Alexandra Parade

"Nothing better then living on the Beach"

Beachside Living is something we always aspire to; yet actually living it is something else. Living on Alexandra Parade in Cotton Tree is one of those locations you would love to wake up to. The only traffic you need to be aware of is those wearing sand shoes and running of an early morning or carrying the surfboard down the beach access points.

Quiet with little traffic, Alex Pde is also a short stroll to the local Cotton Tree Cafe's, Medical Facilities and Maroochydore CBD.

If you get the chance to one day live on Alex Pde in Cotton Tree, then Jump right ahead because you will love it!

Sixth Avenue

"Between the River and the Sea"

Sixth Avenue is located in Maroochydore's Eastern Peninsula 'Cotton Tree'. The Avenue itself runs North to South and creates an avenue to access Maroochydore Beach and/or the River to the North. Sixth Avenue is now home to many exclusive residential and holiday apartment buildings featuring ocean and river views. On street level, you will find a healthy selection of cafe's and restaurants with the nearby shopping precinct only a short stroll. Most mornings the area is very quiet with only residents making up the foot traffic as the head to the beach or return home with the morning coffee and paper.

  • Bowls Club
  • Close to Cotton Tree village centre
