"Between the River and the Sea"
Sixth Avenue is located in Maroochydore's Eastern Peninsula 'Cotton Tree'. The Avenue itself runs North to South and creates an avenue to access Maroochydore Beach and/or the River to the North. Sixth Avenue is now home to many exclusive residential and holiday apartment buildings featuring ocean and river views. On street level, you will find a healthy selection of cafe's and restaurants with the nearby shopping precinct only a short stroll. Most mornings the area is very quiet with only residents making up the foot traffic as the head to the beach or return home with the morning coffee and paper.
