Reviews of Picnic Point Esplanade, Maroochydore
"Maroochydore's best kept secret"
Picnic Point Esplanade is the only street with water in front and not a main road. Safe and quiet with lots of walking tracks , BBQ facility. sandy beach and technically a dead end street so no through traffic, all other streets in the Maroochydore area have main roads ,Bradman av, the Esplanade at Cotton Tree, Duphorth av all are major thorough fares. Although some will say it still has DUPHORTH av at the back but all the main living areas of` there buildings are facing the water without the traffic, except for locals or the occasional picnicker. This street has strong long term potential as it is close enough to walk to the Plaza or the restaurants but far enough away to still be a peaceful place to live and enjoy the lifestyle of the Sunshine coast

"The ultimate place to live"
We live on the water in picnic point esplanade and have a private sandy beach on our doorstep and a private jetty, each day we wake up we feel truly blessed to live the life we live on the water. Our street is surrouned by caring friendly locals, some who have been here for over 30+years and have some amazing stories to tell about the area . we can literally fish off our front deck straight into the maroochy river , we feel so far away from the cbd, yet we are only 5minutes waling distance to all the shops including myers, and the cinemas and bars and restaurants, we love where we call home.
