Baulkham Hills

"The Hills District"

Baulkham Hills is a great place for families and has a lot to offer. It forms part of the The Hills District. Situated over a very large area on both sides of Windsor Rd. Some of Baulkham Hills was renamed Norwest and Bella Vista by the local Council, The Hills Shire. Waves our local swimming pool, located off Roxborough Park, close to the Alfred Henry Whaling Memorial Reserve is being refurbished and will be good for young and old. Great sporting event location for school swimming carnivals. There are many choices of Primary and High schools, Colleges, TAFE and childcare facilities within Baulkham Hills. Great shopping and entertainment, restaurants and cafes. Bus transport to local areas and City Bus along M2. Then there is the new Metro, choice of Norwest Metro, Castle Hill Metro and Bella Vista Metro all closeby. It has a great community atmosphere. Diane Witney, LREA Hills North West 0402 026 695

Rouse Hill

"Rouse Hill - Rich History, Homes & Community Village Atmosphere"

Rouse Hill has a wonderful rich history from the early settlers and sandstones in rows in an unusual oval in Rouse Hill Cemetery on Aberdour Avenue. Family names that have been named as suburbs and landmarks throughout the area dating back to the 1870's donated on land from Robert Rouse. There is are many places of interest for new residents to the area to enjoy. Rouse Hill Town Centre, Rouse Hill Village, Aberdeen House, Rouse Hill Regional Park and the Rouse Hill Estate is a Sydney living museum, the house and farm chronicles six generations of the changing times. Rouse Hill community is friendly and approachable. Streets have walkways, sporting and dog parks nearby. It is a large suburb, complete with the new Metro, beautiful homes on good sized blocks, bus access and T-Way. Cinema, Restaurants and Cafes... there is so much more to discover in Rouse Hill that has stood the test of time. A great investment and place to call home.

Clovelly Road

"Views of Nature - Clovelly Road"

Clovelly Road runs into Hall Road and also splits down the fall of the land. The large blocks of land have been an investors and owners paradise often you will find house numbers from an A through to an F. Larger blocks give the home owner the added privacy people crave and the security of knowing your neighbours are there if you need them to give you a helping hand. It is within walking distance to Barker College and Hornsby South Public School. Bus runs along the road, making it very convenient to get transport to the City or elsewhere by the main train line. The Road runs into Frederick Street and Pretoria Parade at the roundabout that will take you into town.

Hornsby

"Great Value, Green Space & Community"

Hornsby has the hustle and bustle of a busy suburb, but the added convenience to get you places and of course some hidden gems. Barker College on your doorstep, plus the choice of many, many schools in the area: only a walk, bus or train ride away. Westfields has everything! Hornsby, Waitara, Normanhurst, Wahroonga Railway stations, the best cafes and village life anyone could ask for. The Blue Gum walk , Lisgar Gardens, and the Galston Gorge, all great tracks to hike and enjoy nature. Hornsby aquatic and leisure on Peats Ferry Road has indoor and leisure pools that are heated, they also do lessons. The outdoor pool is not for the faint hearted, a little cooler! Pending reopening schedule. From my experience the Hornsby South area has homes and neighbours of great character and friendliness.
